Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Due to the premium, limited-edition nature of our metal EDC instruments and collectibles, we have established the following policy to protect both our customers and the integrity of our products.
30-Day Return Window
We accept return requests submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original, uncarried condition
- The item must be returned in its complete original premium packaging, including all inserts, certificates, and accessories
- The item must be in the exact same condition as when it was received
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
Please note: Due to the collectible nature of our limited-edition metal EDC instruments, we are unable to accept returns on items that show any signs of use, carry, handling wear, scratches, patina, dents, or any modification whatsoever. These are precision-machined collector's pieces — even light handling can affect their value and resale condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items showing any signs of use, carry, or handling
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items not in their original condition
- Items returned without prior authorisation
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us first — Email our support team at support@mystore.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive your RMA — We will review your request and, if approved, issue you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number along with the designated return warehouse address.
- Ship your item — Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided. Please include your RMA number on the outside of the package.
⚠️ Important: Do not ship items back to the factory or manufacturer address printed on the original packaging. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted and cannot be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item arrived with a significant manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, return international shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
If the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and complete our quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
